good serviceunsecured socketincorrect room
the staff were friendly and provided good service.
The room i got wasn't the room i booked, i had to ask reception for the correct one. breakfast wasn't great either. there was also an unsecured socket right next to the bed. I found that pretty dangerous.

The shower water was cold, a big disappointment after a long day. I also found the hotel to be unwelcoming. The staff seemed generally unhelpful, and basic requests took a very long time. It was frustrating, especially since I was looking forward to a relaxing stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they answered all questions well.
The room had no kettle and the bin WAS broken. I asked for a bit of milk to make a cup of tea and was given a small cup of foam machine milk. I was charged 30 dirham for two sips, i found THAT disappointing.

hotel stay needing improvements
bad smelllimited choices
My stay wasn't great. the room smelled bad, and i'm not someone who complains easily. breakfast wasn't good either. The choices was limited. i also faced disorganized service from the staff who seemed unhelpful. it's disappointing when basic things aren't good.
